"Eric - We just recently returned from Maui where you scheduled us on two different dives (12/13 & 12/14). You booked us first through Ed Robinson's Diving Adventures where we dove at Molokini and then Red Hill(?) just off Little Beach. Magnificent dives! We saw a Spotted Eagle Ray (I must say the high point of the trip), octopus, moray eels, and tons of colorful fish. The water and visibility were excellent. We had the pleasure of having THE Ed Robinson on our trip and it was a pleasure to talk with him. It just so happened I had his book at home and didn't even realize it.

You also booked us with Extended Horizons (the "other" Erik!) and again had wonderful dives. We dove at the Second Cathedrals and at Polihale (?) just off the resort on Lanai. The caverns were just awesome! We have never dove in anything quite like this. Amy was our dive master/photographer and she took some really nice pictures of our dive. We saw a long-nose hawk fish, but were not able to get a picture of it. Also saw a unicorn fish and I actually heard whales!

The crew on both boats were very knowledgeable of the marine life and we had a lot of fun. Thanks to your help, we had a wonderful time in Maui! Thanks so much for arranging the dives -- we hope to get back to Hawaii some day."

"As a valued customer for many years, I have come to admire Eric Martin and Tropical Divers Maui for his competence as a dive instructor and resort operations manager. His expertise is known by just about everyone in the scuba community. This is one of the reasons that during the years, I have referred many divers to Eric for advanced level instruction that we at Pacific Dive were, at the time, were unable to offer. In feed back, I have heard nothing but praise for his ability to make their experiences informative and enjoyable. This seems to apply to his staff as well.

Because we service his equipment and provide air fills, I am aware of the condition that he demands his dive gear to be in. Eric has been very strict with which his gear is maintained.
